Lisa coordinates with clients and staff making sure the clients are always taken care of in a timely and professional manner. She started her career as a preschool teacher with an Associate’s Degree from Cazenovia College. Although she treasured her years as a preschool teacher, she embarked on a new adventure in 1998 when she joined Chip Coughlin at the Medical Financial Group. In 2001, the company was renamed to Retirement Income Analysts where Lisa stayed on as an integral part of the company.
Over a number of years, Lisa has had many roles at RIA but she has always enjoyed interacting with clients. Lisa has continued to learn and take on new endeavors in the financial industry. In 2017, she took the Series 6 and 63 exams to become a licensed advisor. She also received the Behavioral Financial Advice (BFA™) designation in 2021. When she learned clients needed help with Medicare, she obtained her Life Insurance License and AHIP designation becoming a licensed Medicare Advantage Agent.
As evidence of her commitment to our clients, Lisa was recently awarded the Assistant of the Year Award from Securities America, our Broker Dealer, in 2021.
When Lisa is not at work, she can be found spending time with her family especially her seven grandchildren. She enjoys hiking, camping, and cooking.
